4D Biomedical is a specialist Biomedical Advisory business, headquartered in Cambridge, UK. Our team of 8 Associates, supported by our world class Advisory Board, provide three main types of client services:

• 
  For investors: strategic tracking and analysis of sectors, technologies and deals, due diligence and hands-on transaction support with small company investments, acquisitions and disposals.
• 
  For companies: strategic business development consulting to help align commercial, product development and financing plans ie: market, competitor and acquirer research, brainstorming and modelling development plans, and supporting management with tactical exit planning.
• 
  For Hospital / University Partnerships: over the last few years we have been active advocates of the power of 'Translational Medicine' to radically accelerate the returns on capital employed in medical innovation by a fundamental re-integration of human clinical science with basic biological science in new 'Academic Health Institutes'. In 2006 we led the business planning and project management team setting up the ground breaking £50m Translational Medicines Research Institute in Scotland, and over the last few years we have completed a number of assignments in this space for UK Universities and NHS Partners.
